Business executive Stephen Johnston believes he's found that elusive recipe for success.
It revealed itself during his 5 years as head of 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment. And the recipe, he says, is developing a values-driven culture - drawing together the commitment and enthusiasm of the team to drive the business forward. During his time there, revenue increased from $40 million to $150 million.
Now, Stephen Johnston is head of franchise chain Video Ezy - and he's hoping to repeat the experience there.
But, he tells Heather Dawson, heading a franchise group is altogether different from corporate life.
