Nola Bransgrove, with her husband Norm, founded the Branstrans trucking business in Victoria's Gippsland district 35 years ago. Not only is the company successful, it's won several major industry awards and Nola has a personal award as a woman in business. Branstrans employs its own drivers and Nola says it's important to treat all employees as part of the family.
