If you haven't yet considered voice over IP (VoIP) as a way of communicating by phone with staff and customers, maybe it's time you did. The technology delivers "voice" across computer networks. You probably know about consumer-style products like Skype, but this is a little different. To start with it's much better quality and that's critical in business. But linking your telephone network to the internet provides many other advantages, and it's not just about cheaper phone calls.
