Working Under New IR Rules |
Joydeep Hor, Harmers Workplace Lawyers |
From July 1, 2009, the Rudd Government's Fair Work Act replaces the Work Choices legislation. The main impact on small and medium-sized businesses will be on potential unfair dismissal claims. Joydeep Hor of Harmers Workplace Lawyers says business owners need to look closely at their exposure to these industrial relations changes.
